Cross Rifle K9 was built on a foundation of discipline, integrity, and real-world canine experience. Founded by Stephen Gowing, Cross Rifle K9 combines years of professional K9 handling, advanced training, and leadership experience to provide reliable, results-driven dog training and boarding services.
Stephen’s background includes service in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer and Military Working Dog Handler, where he completed extensive K9 training and participated in high-level operations supporting the Presidential Inauguration, POTUS, VPOTUS, DNC, RNC, and the Pope. Following his military service, he transitioned into federal law enforcement, serving as a K9 handler and instructor with the FBI.
