Boarding Rates & Billing Policy
At Cross Rifle K9, we strive to provide safe, reliable, and professional care for every dog entrusted to us. To ensure transparency, the following boarding billing policy applies to all boarding reservations.
Boarding Charges
Boarding is charged on a per-night basis, similar to a hotel stay. The boarding fee covers your dog’s accommodations, daily care, feeding according to your instructions, exercise, and routine monitoring throughout their stay.
Check-In & Check-Out
- The day of check-in counts as the first boarding day.
- Dogs picked up on their scheduled departure date before 11 AM will be charged according to the number of nights stayed, similar to a hotel. If pick up is after 11 AM, you may be charged a partial or additional day.
- Extended stays beyond the scheduled pickup date may incur additional boarding charges.
Reservation Requirements
- Boarding reservations may require a deposit to secure your dog’s stay, particularly during holidays and peak travel seasons.
- Remaining balances are due at pickup unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Holiday Boarding
Holiday periods are in high demand and may be subject to special rates, minimum stay requirements, or non-refundable deposits. Clients will be notified of any holiday pricing at the time of booking.
Late Pickups
Dogs not picked up at the agreed-upon time may be assessed an additional boarding day or late pickup fee at Cross Rifle K9’s discretion.
Early Returns
If a dog is picked up before the scheduled departure date, boarding fees for unused days may not be refunded, as space was reserved specifically for your dog.
Additional Services
Additional services such as training sessions, enrichment activities, grooming, medication administration, or other specialized care may be billed separately and will be discussed prior to being added to your dog’s stay.
