Cross Rifle K9 Refund Policy
At Cross Rifle K9, we are committed to providing professional, customized training programs designed to meet the unique needs of each dog and owner. Due to the time, resources, and individualized planning invested in every training program, the following refund policy applies:
Training Program Refund Policy
- A reservation is not guaranteed until the required deposit and signed training agreement have been received.
- Deposits may be non-refundable as outlined in the individual service agreement.
- Once a dog has been dropped off for training and the training program has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Early removal of the dog from the program by the owner.
- Changes in the owner’s personal circumstances.
- Owner dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow trainer instructions or complete recommended follow-up training.
- Behavioral issues that require additional training beyond the scope of the original program.
- Veterinary concerns that do not prevent participation at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation Prior to Training
Clients who need to cancel before the scheduled training start date must notify Cross Rifle K9 as soon as possible. Any refunds issued prior to the start of training will be subject to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement and may exclude any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
Training Results
Dog training is a process that requires consistency and owner participation. While Cross Rifle K9 will provide professional training and support, no specific behavioral outcome or guarantee can be made, as results depend on factors including the dog’s temperament, health, genetics, environment, and the owner’s commitment to maintaining the training after the program.
By enrolling in any Cross Rifle K9 training program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
